I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I offer in-person or virtual coaching sessions. Initial intake session is FREE to establish a care plan. Subsequent sessions are payable fee -for-service.

DANCE CLASSES

Let’s face it, we are built to move! Our natural rhythm sense and innate response to music combined with physical movement can improve mood, lower blood pressure, improve cognitive function…relieve stress, amp up metabolism…AND IT’S FUN!! :)

I am a dance educator, choreographer, and performance director with over 25 years of experience working with students 3-93 :) I teach Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Modern, Ballroom and Latin.
